I find how to protect MMU2D from fault
glowing on it and to save our traffic routing from automatic deleting
after cold restart provided to Node.

Following are the reasons for fault glowing on MMU2D ,
1. Voltage fluctuating
2. Low voltage
3. Cold reset of Node while temperature is high (power cut) and
4. After long time when power provided to our transmission.

To find the solution for removing it, I have
collected more than 70 sites NODE DATA. Interesting point was, we are
getting such a problem repeating only on few sites where we have
upgraded our node (software Baseline) with R20A34 and on far end
different software is used. Finally I concluded different software’s
on both nodes (near end as well as on far end) is not suitable for
MMU2D or R20A34 is not perfect software for MMU2D.
I have replaced R20A34 software between
Belsand(BELSA) and Parsauni(PARSU) Node with R21A27 because R21A27 is
suitable for MMU2D. On Parsauni site our transmission is installed in
battery bank shelter, where neither AC is available nor exit fan is
working. At 1 to 4 pm temperature increases up to 45 degree centigrade
in such a temperature still our node is working with R21A27 smoothly.
To remove such a problem
1. We have to upgrade our Transmission Node with R21A27.
2. Software must should be same on both end (Near end as well as on Far end)
3. R21A27 is perfect software for MMU2D it provides resistance to
MMU2D to work on above 4 conditions smoothly.

TESTING after upgrade
I have created all above condition to make fault on MMU2D but I can’t
finally think it is successful.

IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE INSTALLATION WE HAVE TO GIVE WARM RESTART TO OUR NODE TO CLEAR ALL EVENTS, IF NOT THEN ACTIVATION WILL NOT PROCESS COMPLETELY NEITHER OUR LAPTOP WILL BE CONNECTED AFTER CLICKING ACTIVATE. THEN THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO CONNECT YOUR LAPTOP THAT IS COLD RESTART.
